ID Studios provided Space Planning, Finish Specification and FF&E Services for the 80,000 SF, 90-unit complex that offers the benefits of a residence hall while students enjoy in-apartment luxuries such as a full kitchen, living room, bathrooms and a laundry nook.
The result is a lively design utilizing a contemporary aesthetic and on-trend color palette to appeal the college-age student most likely to reside at Villa Alvarado.
