Since joining ID Studios in 2019, Lauren has played an instrumental role in the firm’s growth and success. Her passion for design, commitment to client relationships, and dedication to mentoring others have made a lasting impact on both our team and the communities we serve.
Throughout her time at ID Studios, Lauren has helped shape one of the firm’s most significant areas of growth: the education market. What began as a single project has evolved into a substantial portion of the firm’s portfolio. Working closely with architectural partners, Lauren has led the development of furniture packages that help bring learning environments to life.
While design excellence is central to Lauren’s work, she believes strong relationships are what truly set projects apart. She is known for building meaningful partnerships with clients, consultants, and project teams, creating collaborative experiences that foster trust and long-term success. For Lauren, seeing teachers and students walk into their new classrooms for the first time remains one of the most rewarding parts of her work.
Beyond project leadership, Lauren has consistently invested in the development of others. She led the ID Studios internship program for several years, helping guide emerging designers as they began their careers. Her commitment to mentorship extends throughout the industry, including her involvement with CREW, where she served for three years on the Marketing Committee, CREW Careers high school mentorship program, and UCREW college mentorship program.
Lauren’s ability to combine design expertise with relationship building has helped establish lasting partnerships and expand opportunities for ID Studios throughout the education market. As Associate, she will continue strengthening client connections, mentoring future designers, and helping shape the firm’s continued growth.
