Andrew Fordham Promoted to Technical Design Director
Andrew Fordham earned a BFA in Interior Design at Virginia Commonwealth University. He took his first job on the east coast before moving to San Diego almost 20 years ago. He is licensed by NCIDQ, the highest level of interior design certification and is also certified by the USGBC as a LEEDAP Associate.
Andrew started at ID Studios in 2007 as a Designer and was later promoted to Senior Designer and Associate. Andrew is a foundational member of the Associates Program, which is a select group of senior employees who are dedicated to creating a positive work culture, building strong relationships, coordinating valuable training and resources, providing consistent mentorship, and playing a key role in marketing and business development.
Andrew consistently demonstrates his expertise and leadership in Interior Design, has an eye for detail and leads ID Studios technical training program through hands-on mentorship. He has a proven track record of success in delivering high-quality, innovative designs on time and within budget.
In the role of Technical Design Director, Andrew will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all technical activities relating to interior architectural projects, including directing project specific design teams, maximizing computer modelling, and overseeing the companywide design integration. His employment of artistic and creative skills, facilitated by using visualization tools to conceptualize designs, is complemented by his strong analytical and technical abilities, resulting in an enhanced overall project quality at ID Studios.
Sophia Dizon Promoted to Director of Operations
Sophia Dizon received a BA in Liberal Studies at Cal State University San Marcos. With her previous Office Manager experience, in 2011 she stepped into that role here at ID Studios and has been instrumental in keeping ID Studios running smoothly in all aspects of its operation.
Sophia’s dedication and positive attitude have made a lasting impact on our team members and on promoting positive client relationships. As Director of Operations, Sophia is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that will improve our day-to-day operations and help our ID Studios grow and succeed. Sophia works closely with our leadership team to ensure that our operations are aligned with our overall business goals.
We are excited to experience Sophia’s continued impact on ID Studios as she spearheads innovative strategies and operational improvements. With her unwavering dedication and visionary approach, we have full confidence that Sophia will help the company reach even greater heights in the future. Her steadfast presence remains an invaluable asset to ID Studios, and we are honored to have her as a key member of our team.
