ID Studios has completed Tenant Improvement Design, Construction Documents and FF&E design for Perkins Coie’s new office located in the Del Mar Gateway building.
ID Studios scope included both renovation of existing floor plus expansion onto a new floor, for a total of approx. 24,000 SF. The design concept was based on creating a “fresh” modern and timeless interior to create a local, welcoming feeling for this international law firm. The natural white stone and warm grey-brown flooring create a strong base for the bright white walls and warm wood millwork & ceiling features, mixed with various glazing systems to allow the quality of natural light to filter throughout the space. The project includes a new reception, conferencing rooms, and multipurpose room to allow for meetings, training and events, break rooms, offices, plus renovation to full existing floor.
ID Studios also worked closely with client to create the “fresh” palette through modest accents of blue & green through the interior features, FF&E upholstery and artwork.
The ID Studios Team includes Amy Morway, Lori Hagen-Hulitt and Megan Hearon.
