Zephyr Partners teamed with ID Studios to design their new headquarters inside their SandBox development in Solana Beach, which is shared with Legends Hospitality in order to support their Midway Rising collaboration. The concept reflects a balance of ease and energy, with zones fostering both dynamics in a hospitality-driven atmosphere. The palette combines soft textures, natural stone, brass, white oak, smooth curves, and filtered light for a sense of sophistication and warmth.
