The driving force behind the design of Perkins Coie’s newest office in San Diego was to showcase the local offices’ cultural essence of being professional, warm, and approachable.  At its main entry, visitors to Perkins Coie are greeted by a relaxed yet professional reception and conference center, providing unique open seating and break-out areas along with a beverage bar. By design, ID Studios created and inspiring, two-story work café where Perkins Coie team members can choose from a variety of seating zones such as lounge, booth and bar seating to gather and rejuvenate. The two levels of this engaging café space are connected by a glass, steel and wood clad monument stair in which natural daylight is infused from a grand skylight above.
