John Hancock enlisted ID Studios to develop conceptual designs solutions that would breathe new life into a lack-luster 170,000 s.f. property on Wateridge Circle. Plans are to modernize the building with a new entry which provides visual impact from the street, and to infuse the property with a combination of amenity spaces such as state-of-the-art athletic and recreational facilities. Upgraded parking and new landscaping complete with outdoor meeting spaces will capitalize on 360 degree views of Sorrento Mesa and the Pacific Ocean.
