This multi-family/student housing project includes multiple unit floor plan options responding to modern lifestyles. The interior was designed by ID Studios to “lean in” to a feeling of San Diego nostalgia that incorporates the local beach culture. It includes multiple amenity areas including open common spaces where large groups can mingle or play, open co-working space, private conference rooms that can be reserved, a quiet zone for reading, studying or heads down work-from-home, and a large 2 story indoor-outdoor fitness center that opens to a deck for residents to train or enjoy the amazing San Diego climate. A warm, neutral palette punctuated with bright citron accents and bold graphics adds a bit of whimsy and plays on the midcentury vibe. A mix of tropical and desert greenery was added to make the space feel like a home away from home.
