Ligand Pharmaceutical’s goal for their new office was to provide their employees with a distinctive space full of amenities, light, and air along with tailored, high-end finishes that are A-typical of the industrial building they occupy. ID Studios worked closely with Ligand to develop a plan that minimized the number of closed offices, connects the employees in a central work zone, but also allows employees multiple options for how they work and relax. The finish selection is a warm, sophisticated palate that showcases their existing artwork the space also boasts some signature interior architectural elements such as a spiral stair leading to a mezzanine loft for gaming.
