The provisionally named “La Brea Hotel” for this in-progress project, is a 5-Star Boutique hotel located in the heart of West Hollywood. This redeveloped destination hotel in the music district defines the guest experience as paying homage to the textured and nuanced halcyon days of American road trips. A place where comfort can be found in the unfamiliar, adventure in the norm, and the high – profile clientele feel as comfortable hanging out as the downtown LA locals. The Interior Design, FF&E and Documentation for this 7-Story Hotel includes the public reception lobby, lounge, bar, guest amenity spaces, and 116 Hotel Rooms.
