The transformation of an iconic Architectural Salvage building into a boutique luxury Pilates studio blends historic charm with modern sophistication. The space features warm neutrals, brass accents, and dreamy daylighting with the addition of translucent film covering the windows. Beyond design, we tackled major upgrades to the building (inside and out) for ADA compliance and mechanical, electrical, and sewer infrastructure to bring our client’s wellness vision to life.
