The Spec Suite and Spec Lab project we did for Healthpeak Properties took inspiration from its natural surroundings. With a focus on celebrating the beauty of a sunrise at Torrey Pines, we designed 2 laboratory/office suites and optimized natural daylight exposure through an open layout. The addition of an outdoor deck further connects the interior to the Torrey Pines views, offering a space for relaxation and collaboration.
