ID Studios teamed with the Gerrity Group, an international retail development firm, to create a new open, light-infused and energized office environment in a retail center. A central social/public axis acts as lobby, conferencing, break room and office gathering space, while open office and glass faced enclosed office space flanks either side, creating a marriage of “heads down” and open collaborative work areas.  The flexible sequence of central social space is divided by an exterior operable store-front, horizontal sliding glass partitions and vertical glass garage doors. When completely open, this acts as a generous inside-outside event space but when enclosed allows the spaces to be reconfigured revealing a multitude of optional intimate gathering and meeting spaces. For this developer, a highly effective and remarkable result of a small space!
