With over 40 years of experience in interior architecture and design, Amy has been a driving force behind ID Studios’ growth, culture, and reputation as a leader in the Southern California design community.
Amy co-founded ID Studios with a vision to create a firm rooted in integrity, innovation, and a people-first culture. Her leadership has been defined by authenticity, mentorship, and commitment to excellence. Under her guidance, ID Studios has flourished into a highly respected Southern California firm, known for its award-winning work and vibrant workplace environment.
Throughout her career, Amy has championed inclusive design, sustainable practices, and community engagement. She has mentored countless professionals, led strategic planning initiatives, and played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s Principles of Service. Her influence extends beyond the studio walls, with active involvement in organizations such as CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women) and NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties). She was also named as a finalist for Businesswomen of the Year 2025 by the San Diego Business Journal
Amy’s legacy includes helping secure major projects, guiding the firm through its 20th anniversary celebrations, and fostering a culture that earned ID Studios recognition as one of San Diego Business Journal’s Best Places to Work.
