The design team, working with the landlord and the General Contractor in a design build project delivery method, programmed and test fit 5,700 s.f. of offices and microbiology labs for a growing biotherapeutics company. The project was planned with a 50/50 ratio of lab to offices with a combination of open and closed office functions. The project ultimately developed into 2,700 s.f. of office space and 3,000 s.f. of R&D lab including electrophysiology and tissue culture rooms. 1647
