Designing concurrent with building core and shell improvements and coupled with an expedited time frame to meet tenant target move-in date, this project required careful coordination and communication across project teams to keep both projects aligned with design and construction expectations.

Design efforts for this project included test fit and tenant improvement processes which developed a user-driven plan that includes a 45/55 makeup of office to biology and chemistry laboratories.

The laboratory scope included sensitive mass spec and NMR equipment as well as high-density fume hood configurations that were successfully integrated into planned building infrastructure. 1679
