College View at San Diego State University, developed by Pierce Education Properties, is a dynamic student housing community. In addition to designing the interiors and specifying furniture, ID Studios developed the environmental graphics and branding. The shared amenity spaces, including the leasing office, study areas, fitness center, and indoor-outdoor spaces, emphasize energy, contrast, and connection. The interiors feature high-contrast tones with nods to SDSU’s school colors, and vibrant hues for intuitive wayfinding. A standout feature is the large-scale aerial graphic in the amenity space, paying homage to San Diego’s coastline and seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor areas.
