When global consulting firm, Boston Consulting Group decided to move to a new office in the downtown San Diego neighborhood of Little Italy, they wanted the space to reflect San Diego’s laid-back yet vibrant atmosphere, with a classic West Coast feel. The goal was for the space to be calming enough for focused work yet energized for community interactions, whether collaborating in enclosed team rooms or seeking quiet heads down spaces for concentration. The results reflect the organization’s commitment to fostering productivity, inclusivity, and mentorship.
