Design, documentation, and FF&E services were provided for the repositioning of first floor common areas at Axis, located at 1450 Frazee Road in San Diego. The scope includes a new conferencing center, refreshed lobby and elevator areas, and an upgraded tenant lounge with flexible work and collaboration zones. The design introduces a warm, contemporary palette with integrated technology, enhanced lighting, and layered materials to create an inviting, amenity driven workplace experience.
