ID Studios worked with Pierce Education Properties to enhance their 713 bed college student dorm apartments located in Bloomington Indiana near the historic, campus of the University Indiana Hoosiers. The project consists of amenity and dining spaces, renovation of common areas, main lobby, leasing office, study rooms, conference centers and model furnishings and staging for two models.
