ID Studios, together with the team at Seacrest Village Retirement Communities, have completed the Design Development for the refresh of 5,300 s.f. of common areas in the Katzin Memory Care building. The new design includes the all-new social gathering, lounge and dining furniture. The new finish palette includes soft tones reminiscent of the local beaches with accents of blue and red in the furniture textiles for a welcoming and casual residential feel. The design team paid careful attention to the selection of the furniture and finishes to both enhance the new environment and function for the daily life of residents and staff. Vibrant, large-scale ocean inspired graphics are placed in focal areas to highlight the coastal influence and add calming visuals for residents to enjoy.
